Performance is identified at Honeywell International Inc., 8840 Evergreen Blvd., Minneapolis, MN 55433-6017, with the contractor responsible for facilities, labor, materials, parts, and test/tooling unless Government-furnished. Required repair turnaround time is 119 days after receipt of asset, and the induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award, after which assets require bilateral agreement. The contractor must propose a monthly throughput constraint for each NSN and maintain quality/calibration systems meeting ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or equivalent. A 12-month warranty applies, and early/incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred.

This is a sole-source supply action for NSN 7R-6605-016885068-P8, quantity 2 each, with delivery FOB origin. The item requires engineering source approval by the design control activity, and only approved sources with the necessary data rights, engineering skills, and manufacturing/repair knowledge can supply or repair it. Alternate sources must qualify in accordance with Government-approved procedures. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, but responsible parties may submit capability statements for consideration.
