The contractor must return units to Ready for Issue condition, supply all parts and materials unless Government Furnished, and maintain ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality plus calibration systems, with packaging and marking requirements as specified. Required repair turnaround time is 39 days after receipt of asset, induction expires 365 days after contract award, and warranty is 12 months/60 days after discovery of defect. Repairs/upgrades must be performed at the facility identified in the SOW, with the listed repair source/location being EMS Technologies Canada Ltd, 400 Maple Grove Road, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Throughput constraints must be provided for each NSN, and early/incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred.
