The Navy requires repair, testing, inspection, and return to Ready for Issue condition of POWER SUPPLY units (NSN 7RH 6120 200062623, P/N 51090188-001) in accordance with approved repair manuals, drawings, and specifications. The required repair turnaround time is 117 days after receipt of the asset, and the induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award, after which receipt requires bilateral agreement. Work is identified for HONEYWELL AEROSPACE, 3333 Unity Drive, Mississauga, ON L5L 3S6, Canada, and repairs must be performed at the facility identified in the Statement of Work. The contractor is responsible for all facilities, labor, materials, parts, test/tooling equipment, and quality/configuration management, including inspection, nonconforming material, BER/MOI/OAR, and recordkeeping requirements. A 12-month warranty applies, with defects to be reported within 60 days after discovery, and early/incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred.

This is a sole-source procurement for 2 units of a specific NSN part, requiring engineering source approval from the design control activity. The approved source retains essential technical data and manufacturing knowledge that are not economically available to the Government. Alternate sources must qualify through government-approved procedures. Interested parties may obtain relevant military specifications and standards from the DoD Single Stock Point in Philadelphia, PA. All responsible sources may submit capability statements for consideration, but the Government intends to negotiate with only one source.
