This contract requires the repair of assets with a defined Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) measured from physical receipt at the contractor's facility to government acceptance. A monthly throughput constraint for repairs must be provided by the contractor, and asset induction is authorized only for 365 days after the contract award date.
