This contract requires the repair of assets with a strict Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 52.01 days from physical receipt at the contractor's facility to government acceptance. The contractor must define a monthly throughput capacity for repairs and can only induct assets for repair within 365 days after the contract award date unless a bilateral agreement is secured. The performance location is the contractor's own facility. The government prefers early and incremental deliveries of repaired assets.

NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair and/or modify the items as specified within this document. The Government intends to solicit only one source (Honeywell 02LU7) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The government does not possess (or cannot provide) the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the items. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to the notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
