The contractor must perform repairs/upgrades at the specified repair source, Innovative Solutions & Support, 720 Pennsylvania Dr, Exton, PA 19341, and is responsible for all necessary facilities, labor, parts, materials, tooling, and test equipment unless Government-furnished property is expressly provided. Work must comply with applicable repair manuals/drawings, configuration management, MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, and quality system requirements including ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and calibration standards, with MIL-W-81381 wire prohibited.
