Work is to be performed at Astronautics Corporation of America, 135 W Forest Hill Ave, Oak Creek, WI 53154 (Cage 10138), with inspection accomplished on the contractor’s equipment. The contractor must maintain ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality and ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or equivalent calibration systems, use SAE-AS22759 wire instead of prohibited MIL-W-81381, and comply with configuration management, packaging, and parts/material controls. Repair Turnaround Time is measured from physical receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor’s facility to Government acceptance, CAV receipt reporting is required by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt, and warranty coverage is 365 days or 45 days from the last delivery under the contract. This procurement is not set aside for small business; firm-fixed-price quotes are requested, and BER, OAR, and MOI determinations require DCMA concurrence and PCO direction before proceeding.
