This is a sole-source Navy repair/procurement for three units of a position transmitter, with delivery FOB origin. The only known acceptable source is ACR Electronics Inc., the OEM, as the government lacks data or rights to purchase from other sources. Other firms may express interest and submit a capability statement, but they must obtain Source Approval; however, the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval.
