NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to award a sole-source repair contract for a flow control valve (NIIN 014833194, P/N 39-819) used on the KC130-J, with Hydro-Aire Aerospace Corp as the only approved source. The government does not own the technical data or drawings, so any other interested firm must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) to be considered; however, the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. Interested parties may submit capability statements or proposals, and the government will consider all responses received within 45 days of publication. The contract will have a one-year duration, with an anticipated award date of January 2027, and UID and Buy American requirements will apply.
