This is a limited source procurement for the repair of a radar data processor, with approved sources MASCO SERVICE CORP and HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC. The government does not own the data or rights needed to purchase from other sources, so any unapproved firm must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR), but the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration, and the acquisition will follow FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, and the procurement is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
