This is a competitive RFQ for the repair of an electrical control panel (NSN 1680015766449) to return units to Ready for Issue (RFI) condition, including inspection, component repair/replacement, reassembly, and testing. The contractor is responsible for providing all parts, materials, tooling, and test equipment, as the Government will not furnish these items. Performance is required at the specified facility: L-3 Communications, 1355 Blue Grass Lakes Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30004-7700. The contractor must comply with MIL-STD-130 marking, ISO 9001/AS9100 quality requirements, and various quality, calibration, and configuration management standards. Government coordination with DCMA is required for determinations involving beyond economic repair, missing on induction, or over and above repair items.
