The contractor must propose a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) measured from asset receipt to government acceptance and identify any capacity constraints. Performance will occur at Duncan Aviation, Lincoln Airport, 3701 Aviation Rd., Lincoln, NE 68524-2415. The contract includes a 365-day warranty from last delivery and requires compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems and government inspection/acceptance. Offerors must submit either firm-fixed-price or TT&E pricing for the repair effort.
