This opportunity is for the repair, overhaul, testing, and inspection of a mechanical actuator (NSN 014833206) to return units to Ready-for-Issue condition under a competitive Navy procurement process. The contractor must supply all necessary labor, materials, parts, and test/tooling equipment, as Government-furnished manufacturing aids will not be provided. Performance is specified at the repair source location: Kellstrom Repair Services, 15501 SW 29th Street, Suite 101, Miramar, FL 33027. The awardee must comply with stringent quality requirements, including an ISO 9001/SAE AS9100-based quality system and a calibration system per ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or equivalent. Source Approval applies, so any non-approved manufacturer must submit a Source Approval Request, but the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval.
