The effort is managed by NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia and will be competed among approved sources, including CEF Industries LLC, Allclear Repair Services Inc., and S3 Aerodefense LLC, under FAR Parts 13 and 15, with possible commercial item procedures. Source Approval applies, so any non-approved manufacturer must submit a Source Approval Request, but the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. The solicitation is expected to be issued electronically on or around August 23, 2026. This procurement is not a total small business set-aside.
