This is a sole source procurement for 26 units of a heat exchanger from Drake Air Inc, the Original Equipment Manufacturer and only known source. Other firms must submit a Source Approval Request to be considered, but the procurement will not be delayed for approval. The government intends to use FAR Part 15 procedures, and this is not a small business set-aside. Delivery is FOB origin, and interested parties may express their capability to the contracting officer.
