NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to award a sole-source contract to Lockheed Martin for repair of a selector antenna (NSN 7R-5985-014723255-KB) used on the KC130-J aircraft. The government does not own the data rights, and Lockheed Martin is the only known source; other firms must submit a Source Approval Request, but the procurement will not be delayed for approval. The contract will have a one-year duration, with delivery FOB origin, and UID and Buy American clauses will apply.
