This is a spares requirement involving repair and quality assurance, with the contractor responsible for inspection and maintaining a quality control system per MIL-STD or ISO standards. The contractor must develop and maintain quality control documentation, repair procedures, a Repair Quality Plan, and a system for controlling nonconforming material. The Government retains Material Review Board authority for "as-is" dispositions, while the contractor is delegated Internal Review Board authority for minor nonconformances. The Government may randomly select completed items for repair assessment testing on a quarterly basis. The contract includes a warranty for noncomplex supplies covering 365 days, with claims within 45 days of last delivery.
