16--PANEL,CONTROL,ELECT, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
This is a repair requirement for a PANEL,CONTROL,ELECT item, with repair turnaround time (RTAT) measured from physical receipt of the asset at the contractor's facility to government acceptance. The contractor must propose pricing (firm-fixed price or TT&E) and include the proposed RTAT and any capacity constraints in their quote. Performance is to be conducted at L-3 Communications Corp, 1355 Blue Grass Lakes Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30004-7700. Work includes overhauling or repairing the item to Ready-for-Issue condition under strict quality, testing, and configuration management requirements, with government approval required for various process changes. Items beyond economical repair or missing parts on induction require special government approval and are not covered under the contract price.
