This is a Navy spares repair requirement. The contractor must maintain a quality control system meeting MIL-I-45208A, MIL-Q-9858, or ISO 9000/9001/9002, and develop a Repair Quality Plan. All items must comply with the Statement of Work, with markings per MIL-STD-130, and the contractor is responsible for inspection unless otherwise specified. The government retains Material Review Board authority for "AS-IS" dispositions, while the contractor may use an Internal Review Board only for minor non-conformances. Historical records and failure analysis reports must be maintained and made available to the government.
