The contractor must perform all repair work at the facility of Pacific Propeller International in Kent, WA. Proposals must include a firm-fixed price or Time & Materials pricing, and reference the proposed Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT). The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary facilities, labor, materials, parts, and tooling, as Government Furnished Property is not provided.

This is a sole-source intent to procure the repair of 20 P3 aircraft alternating current motors from the OEM, Pacific Propeller International. The contract duration will be one year, and the anticipated award date is April 2026.
