This is a competitive Navy requirement for repair of specified items, and interested contractors must be NAVSUP WSS approved sources of supply for the item to compete. Award evaluation will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, with firm-fixed-price quotes/proposals requested. Repair Turnaround Time is measured from the asset’s Return at the contractor’s facility to Government acceptance, with required RTAT and monthly throughput constraints to be set per NSN. The induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award, after which assets cannot be repaired without bilateral agreement. First article government testing, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements apply, and early/incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred.
