This is a Navy requirement to repair and upgrade a cable assembly, with input NIIN 015016740 / P/N 178-6384-1 and output NIIN 014951195 / P/N 620420-06-00, returning items to Ready for Issue condition. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, parts, test and tooling equipment, and comply with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality, calibration, configuration management, packaging, and storage requirements. Repairs/upgrades must be performed at the facility identified in the SOW, with the repair source/location listed as Teledyne Defense Electronics LLC, 1001 Knox St, Torrance, CA 90502. Contractors must propose repair turnaround time after asset receipt and monthly throughput; induction expires 365 days after contract award, and early/incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred. BER, MOI, OAR, cannibalization, and changes to repair sources, manuals, or drawings require DCMA/PCO approvals or written concurrence, with some efforts potentially outside the contract price.
