The contractor must perform repairs at the facility identified in the SOW, with the repair source/location listed as BAE Systems Controls Inc. in Endicott, N.Y. The contractor is responsible for all parts and materials unless Government Furnished Material is specified, and must maintain ISO 9001/AS9100 quality and calibration systems plus configuration management, marking, packaging, and storage compliance. Non-submission timelines include an induction expiration date of 365 days after contract award, a warranty of 365 days after delivery of unit or 60 days after defect discovery, and a required repair turnaround time to be established in the contract.
