The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, parts, test and tooling equipment, and perform repairs/upgrades at the identified facility; for the aerial refuel control item, the specified repair source/location is BAE Systems Controls Inc., 4250 Airport Expy, Fort Wayne, IN 46809-9643. Key non-bid timelines include induction expiration 365 days after contract award, a 365-day warranty after unit delivery with defects reported within 60 days of discovery, and repair turnaround time measured from asset return to Government acceptance under the negotiated RTAT. The contractor must meet ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality and calibration requirements, maintain configuration management and process control documentation, and use new parts/material unless approved, with cannibalization not authorized without specific approval. Beyond Economical Repair, Missing on Induction, and Over and Above Repair determinations require DCMA written concurrence and PCO disposition before repair, and early/incremental deliveries are accepted.
