This contract requires the repair, overhaul, testing, and inspection of the NRP, CABINET ASSY C1 (NSN 1680 016102285, P/N 1025396G-1) to a Ready for Issue condition. Performance must be completed within 180 days of asset receipt, with induction authorized up to 365 days after contract award. The contractor must provide a stated monthly throughput constraint, and all repairs must be performed at BAE Systems Information & Electronic Systems Integration, 450 Pulaski Road, Greenlawn, NY 11740-1606. The contractor is responsible for all parts, materials, tooling, and test equipment, and must maintain a quality system compliant with ISO 9001/AS9100 and a calibration system per ANSI/NCSL Z540.3. Government approval is required for any deviations, and Beyond Economical Repair or Over and Above Repair items require DCMA concurrence and PCO disposition instructions.
