The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary facilities, labor, materials, parts, and test equipment, as no Government Furnished Property will be provided. This is a procurement for three units of a flight-critical part that requires existing Government source approval prior to contract award. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one pre-approved source under FAR 6.302-1.
