Any firm which is not already ap-proved to manufacture this material must submit a Source ApprovalRequest, SAR. This procurement will not bedelayed to wait for a SAR approval. However, all pro-posals received within 15 days after date of publication of this sourcessought notice will be considered by theGovernment. A determination by the Government not to compete withthis proposed contract based upon re-sponses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.Source Approval is required. WSS will notdelay award while Source Approval is pending. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award can-not be delayed pending approval of a new source.
