NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to award a sole-source contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. for the repair of one specific part, as they are the OEM and the only known approved source. The government does not own the technical data needed to competitively procure this repair. While this is a notice of intent and not a formal request for competitive proposals, the government will consider any capability statements or proposals received within 30 days of the synopsis publication for potential future competition.
