This is a pre-solicitation notice for the repair of eight hydraulic fan assemblies for a Foreign Military Sales case with Taiwan. The work is currently designated as sole source to Honeywell Limited as the Original Equipment Manufacturer, but the agency will consider capability statements from all responsible sources. A prospective bidder must be a Government-approved source for these specific parts, and the approval process is lengthy such that new sources likely cannot be approved in time for this award. Eligible contractors must submit specific company and technical capability information to the listed Point of Contact. The Government intends to negotiate under sole source authority, and any proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered.
