NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to issue a sole-source procurement to Lockheed Martin for two flow control valves under an FMS requirement. The government does not own the technical data needed to purchase this part from other sources and anticipates only one acceptable offer. While this is a notice of intent and not a formal request for competitive proposals, the agency will consider any capability statements or proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication. Award is expected to be issued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement. Interested firms must submit their capabilities via a specified email address.
