This is a contract for the repair, overhaul, and testing of specific antenna units to return them to a Ready for Issue condition. The contractor must provide all necessary facilities, labor, materials, parts, and tooling, as no Government Furnished Property will be provided. The work must be performed at the contractor's facility located at The Boeing Company, Defense, Space & Security Division, 6200 J S McDonnell Blvd. Key contractual requirements include a defined Repair Turnaround Time of 335 days after asset receipt, a monthly throughput constraint to be specified by the contractor, and an induction period lasting 365 days from the contract award date. The contractor must maintain a quality system conforming to ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and a compliant calibration system.
