The Government intends to solicit with approved sources only under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Government intends to solicit for the procurement of repair of: NSN 7RH 1680 015855262, P/N 9000421-3, FLAP SKEW DETECTION, under the P-8 Aircraft. The Government does not possess (or cannot provide) the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
