This is a sole source requirement for the repair of the following: NSN: 7R9999999999999 NOM: CONTROL COMMUNICATION SYSTEM PN: 1161160-120 QTY: 4 NAVSUP WSS requests that contractors submit a quote that includes TT&E pricing as well as estimate costs to repair the items. This is a sole source requirement.The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with other than the current source.\\ One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. (FAR 52.225-3). One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. (FAR 52.225-5) \\ These items require Government Source Approval prior to award.
