NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit General Electric (99207), Lynn MA, for the extension of current PBL contract from a four-year period of performance to a four-year and six month period of performance. The Government intends to contract on a sole source basis with General Electric (99207). GE is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only source capable of providing PBL support. This procurement is being processed in accordance with Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The applicable NAICS code is 336412. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.301-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. One of more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements (FAR 52.225-3). One of more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. (FAR 52.225-5). These items require Government Source Approval prior to award.
