NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors capable of providing seven (7) AE3007H Engines, P/N: 23065502, NSN: 2995-LL-Z98-S102. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336412. For this procurement the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This effort is in support of the Triton Platform. The government does not possess the data necessary to perform the requirements under this contract. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by 10 February 2021 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Source Approval is required. NAVSUP WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
