NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia is issuing a this synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify eligible parties having an interest in and the resources to support and furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to provide spares for PN# HG7194C1, NSN# 5841 010874423, Nomenclature: RT-1015A/APN-194(V) Receiver Transmitter, QTY: 24. NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends solicit, and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of interest is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 4:30 PM Eastern Time on 31 Jan 2022 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Source Approval is required. NAVSUP WSS will not delay award while pending source approval. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
