This is a NAVSUP WSS synopsis to add NIIN 013889963, Part Number 3614661-0105 to Basic Ordering Agreement N00383-20-G-WN01 with Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. NAVSUP Weapons System Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair and/or modify the items as specified within this document. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 5 days after the publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Source approval is required. NAVSUP WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending. Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. (CAGE 45934), located in Chatsworth, CA is currently the only known source to possess full repair capability. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government. Even though this item is sole source to Ontic, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Only the source previously approved by the government for repair of these items has been solicited. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. If you are not an approved source you must submit, together with your proposal the information detailed in the NAVSUP-WSS Source Approval Information Brochure for Repair.
