Solicitation Number: N00383-20-Q-026D NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair the items as specified within this document. The Government intends to solicit for the repair of NSN: 4810-00-796-1672, PN: 321502-4-1, QTY: 4, in support for FMS Kuwait for the C130 aircraft. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current source. The subject item requires Government source approval prior to contract award, as the item is flight critical and/or the technical data available has not been determined adequate to support acquisition via full and open competition. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. All proposals received by 4:30 PM Eastern Time (USA) on 30 JUN 2020 will be considered by the Government. Source Approval is required. WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. If you are not an approved source you must submit, together with your proposal, the information detailed in the NAVSUP-WSS Source Approval Information Brochure for Repair.
