NAVSUP WSS intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. NAVSUP WSS intends to enter into sole source negotiations with, and subsequently award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to GE Aviation (cage code 35012). These items require Government source approval prior to award.
