NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to manufacture the items as specified within this document. This is for a 5-year long term contract for JETI/SETI equipment. The requirement is for the repair of 113 NIINs outlines in attachment A. The Government intends to solicit and compete with only limited sources. The government does not possess (or cannot provide) the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This requirement does not require the completion of a SAR package but it is at the discretion of the Government on whether a source is deemed responsible and capable of fulfilling this requirement. NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to manufacture various items provided below. The Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) of these items maintain design control and repair knowledge or technical data that is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. The assemblies to be repaired and/or modified under this agreement are set forth by manufacturers part number and constitute Government Property as defined in FAR clause 52.245-1 Government Property or 52.245-1 Alternate I, as applicable. This requirement is for a 5 year, Long Term Repair Contract, of the NIINs listed in Attachment A. Eligible contractors shall provide a submission to Lorissa Luckenbill no later than 04 FEB 2019 that includes: 1) Company Name and Cage Code 2) Part Number/NIIN eligible to repair 3) Is your company the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)? 4) Is your company capable of repairing the P/N in #2 but your company is not the OEM? a) Explain how your company has the technical capacity to perform the necessary repairs. 5) Is your company a Small Business?
