NAVSUP Weapon System Support plans to establish Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0038319GVR01 for the repair of components used on multiple weapon systems within US Navy aircraft inventory. Honeywell International Inc (02LU7), Tempe, AZ, is the only authorized source of repair for the items due to being a critical application item (CAI) or critical safety item (CSI) and is the only authorized source by NAVAIR. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government. The following is the high dollar value item for repair: Compressor, Shaft Driven NSN 1680-01-487-3403 V2, P/N 2210180-6-1. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Government intends to solicit for the repair of: see Attachment “A� for complete list of items to repair. Only the source previously approved by the Government for repair of these items will be solicited. The government does not possess (or cannot provide) the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the items. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the Free Trade Agreements Act and/or the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. N0038319GVR01 NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair items as specified for a 06-month repair basic ordering agreement (BOA). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Government intends to solicit for the repair of multiple requirements to include: Attachment A Note for 06-month repair BOA: Zero est qty for YR-2, YR-3, YR-4, and YR-5. Est qtys in YR-1 are divided in half to reflect 06 months of qty. If est qty is not evenly divided, resulting est qty is rounded up to nearest whole number. The government does not possess (or cannot provide) the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
