NAVSUP Weapons System Support (NAVSUP WSS) intends to exercise Option 1 (CLIN 0003), the one-year option for the F404 Component Support Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract – N00383-19-D-US01. The contract is with General Electric (GE), Cage Code 99207 in Lynn, MA. The PBL supports F404 aviation engine maintenance (See Attachment for list of items). This list includes 35 7R Families of repairable NIINs (99 in total). The contractor is required to repair or replace the 99 repairable components and supplying or manufacturing the parts needed for those repairs. They are also required to partner with the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE), Jacksonville, FL for repair touch labor, are responsible for maintaining a pool of assets required to fill requisitions within specified response times, operating logistic management systems, requisition processing, obsolescence and configuration management, warehousing, packaging and handling. GE is the only know source who can perform this work and the contract was awarded under FAR 6.302-1. Any other responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements.
