NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia seeks eligible contractors to repair and/or modify one electric warming oven, P/N 4313100-00-6600, NSN 7310171251500, including labor, materials, and facilities. The Government intends to solicit only one source (Boeing) under FAR 6.302-1 because it does not possess or cannot provide the data needed for repair or manufacture. All responsible sources may identify interest and provide capability statements, though this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Source Approval is required, WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending, and unapproved sources must submit the required Source Approval Information Brochure/package information with their proposal.
