This is a repair requirement for the items identified in the solicitation, with contractual delivery measured from asset return to Government acceptance. The contractor must meet the required repair turnaround time in days after receipt of asset and obtain final inspection and acceptance within the established RTAT. The contractor must also provide a throughput constraint for each NSN and the total monthly repair volume after initial delivery, with a stated monthly throughput reflecting no constraint. The induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award, and assets received later are not authorized for repair without a bilateral agreement with the NAVSUP WSS Contracting Officer. Contractual documents are considered issued when mailed, faxed, or sent electronically, and early and incremental deliveries are accepted.
