NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to add a specific part to an existing BOA contract with Boeing, the approved source. The government does not own the data or rights needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Any firm not already approved must submit a Source Approval Request, but the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval.
