NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to award a sole-source repair purchase to Marotta Controls for three spare VALVE ASSEMBLY, MANU units (NSN 1710 011861391, P/N 280529-0001). Marotta is the OEM and only known approved source because the Government lacks the drawings/data and data rights needed to buy from other sources. Award is expected to Marotta; any non-approved firm must submit a Source Approval Request, and the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval.
