This is a sole source procurement because the Government lacks sufficient data to contract with any source other than the current one. The acquisition includes items subject to Free Trade Agreements and the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement. All items require Government Source Approval prior to award, and unapproved offerors must submit specific source approval information with their proposal to be considered.
