The U.S. Navy intends to make a sole-source procurement to Sikorsky for one aircraft access cover assembly. The government does not own the technical data needed to purchase this part from other sources, which is the basis for the sole-source justification. Proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis will be considered, potentially for the purpose of determining if a future competitive procurement is possible.
