NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to issue a sole-source procurement to Sikorsky for one aircraft strut. The government does not own the technical data needed to purchase this part from other sources. While this is a sole-source notice, proposals from other responsible sources received within 45 days will be considered for the purpose of potentially conducting a future competitive procurement.
