No drawings or data are available, and the Government does not own the rights needed to buy this part from additional sources; the OEM is the only known repair source. Interested responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, but non-approved firms must submit a Source Approval Request and the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. The acquisition will use FAR Part 15 and is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside; UID and Buy American clauses apply, with electronic procedures and the solicitation posted to the GPE.
