NAVSUP Weapon System Support plans to add to existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0038320GV601 for the repair of NSN 0RH 1680 016309525 B9, PN 86000488-1 used on in support of the MQ-25A - STINGRAY. Honeywell International Inc (58960), Phoenix, AZ, is the only authorized source of repair for the items due to being a critical application item (CAI) or critical safety item (CSI) and is the only authorized source by NAVAIR. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Government intends to solicit for the repair of: Only the source previously approved by the Government for repair of these items will be solicited. The government does not possess (or cannot provide) the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the items. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the Free Trade Agreements Act and/or the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. Sources Sought Notice completed under N0038318Y9512 without response. Source Approval is required. NAVSUP will not delay award while Source Approval is pending. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
